Yoga for Beginners: This DVD has two 15 minute practices, one in the garden, the other at the beach, providing that wonderful ambiance of nature. Both practices would be appropriate for anyone, any time, but especially for beginners or for people with limited abilities. It is very gentle, and includes simple forward folds, easy cobras, and mild twists. A perfect way to ease into regular practice at home! This DVD also has a 15 minute relaxation and meditation at the end.
